Procurement Of Blood Screening Kits And Medical Equipment Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of equipment, screening kits, medical devices, triple blood bags and other consumable items for Regional Blood Centre Peshawar for financial years 2026–2027 and 2027–2028. Eligible manufacturers, authorised dealers, sole agents and distributors are invited to participate in national competitive bidding through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Application forms and complete bidding documents are available through the KP e-procurement website, Health Department website and KPPRA website. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Manager, Regional Blood Centre, Phase IV, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Electronic bids must be submitted by 5 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of attending bidders or their representatives. Bid security must accompany the financial bid in an acceptable form under the KPPRA Act and Rules and must be issued from the account of the bidding firm in the name of the Manager, Regional Blood Centre. Pay orders are not acceptable. Mandatory bid security is PKR 500,000 for each of Categories A and B and PKR 300,000 for each of Categories C and D. The original bid security must be submitted to the procuring office with the financial bid. Failure to comply with the security requirements may result in rejection. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
