Provision Of Hvac Systems For Academic Block Tender Notice
Description
Provision of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) works at selected areas of the Academic Block under the infrastructure development project titled Establishment of Campus NUTECH, Islamabad. Electronic bids are invited through EPADS Version 2.0 from established and reputed electrical and mechanical firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The required PEC category is C-4 or above, with specialization codes EE-04, EE-11 and ME-01. The estimated cost is PKR 1,600,000 and the bid security is PKR 1,600,000 as stated in the notice. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope Quality cum Cost Based method. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11 November 2026 at 1100 hours and will be opened electronically the same day at 1130 hours. Original bid security in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favour of Development Project Security Account must reach the specified project office by 1100 hours on 11 November 2026. HVAC installation and mechanical and electrical works are included in the project scope.
