Description

Provision of heating, ventilation and air conditioning works at selected areas of an academic block under an infrastructure development project for establishing a campus in Islamabad. Electronic bids are invited through EPADS Version 2.0 from established and reputed electrical and mechanical firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The required PEC category is C-4 or above, with specialization codes EE-04, EE-11 and ME-01. The stated bid security is PKR 1,600,000 in favour of Development Project Security Account, in the form of a pay order or demand draft. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope Quality cum Cost Based method, with separate technical and financial proposals. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS, and original bid security must also reach the specified project office. The procurement covers HVAC installation, air conditioning systems, ventilation, heating equipment, and associated electrical and mechanical works.
