Trimmu Headworks Concrete Lining Darkhana Distributary Jhang Tender Notice

Description

The Office of the Executive Engineer, Trimmu Headworks Division, Trimmu, invites electronic bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors for concrete lining of Darkhana Distributary from RD 50+000 to RD 79+160 (Tail), District Jhang. The estimated cost is Rs. 44,417,067 and the bid security is Rs. 2,220,855, stated as 5% of the estimated cost. The completion period is 24 months. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 19-11-2026 at 1:30 PM. Participating firms and contractors must attend the office of the Executive Engineer, Trimmu Headworks Division, Trimmu, on 19-11-2026 at 2:00 PM for announcement of quoted rates by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on an item-rate basis under the Bi-Annual MRS System for 01-01-2026 to 30-06-2026. Contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and code for 2026-27, be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA website, and provide the prescribed professional tax receipts, CNIC, enlistment or renewal fee documentation and PRA registration for 2026-27. Bid validity is 120 days. The successful bidder must provide performance guarantee/Quality Assurance Security of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of notification and execute the agreement within seven days of the acceptance letter. A time-bound execution schedule must be submitted within seven days, and mobilization to site is required within seven days after the acceptance letter. Field quality testing is at the successful bidder's expense. Payment is based on actual work performed, subject to fund availability and clearance by the nominated consultants or agency.
