Framework contract for lining water channels for irrigation during financial year 2026-27 under Tender No. 05ROCSIP26. The estimated cost is PKR 10,000,000, with bid security of PKR 400,000, equivalent to 4% of the estimated cost. Bidders must possess valid NTN and STRN registrations, Punjab Sales Tax registration where applicable, and active taxpayer status on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Procurement shall follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the institute committee room. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the prescribed system; physical CDRs, pay orders, and bank guarantees are not accepted. Bidders must quote for the entire quantity, and conditional or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Prices must include all applicable taxes, freight, installation, and commissioning, and no price negotiations are permitted.
