Description
Procurement of degree folders for the 17th convocation of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore, for 2026. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 1,000,000 and refundable bid security is Rs. 20,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated price. Eligible manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors and suppliers must be registered with Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax on Services, General Sales Tax and Professional Tax authorities, as applicable. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will open at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security must be processed through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the submission deadline. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Section of UVAS, Lahore. The University will not bear expenses incurred in preparing bids. If the opening date is an officially declared public holiday, bids will open on the next working day. All procurement activities, including submission, opening, evaluation and award, are governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended; the rules prevail in case of conflict with the bidding documents.
