Procurement Of Miscellaneous Items On Framework Contract Bas Tender Notice

The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore, invites electronic bids for procurement of miscellaneous items on a framework contract basis for the Transport Pool, UVAS City Campus, Lahore, from the start of the contract until 30 June 2027. Tender No. 0017/2026-27. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11-11-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The estimated price is Rs. 1,745,600 and the required refundable bid security is 2%, stated as Rs. 34,912, through the e-Procurement System. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors and suppliers must meet the stated income tax, Punjab sales tax on services, general sales tax and professional tax registration requirements. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. If the opening date is a government-declared public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day.
