Description

Procurement of pathology items and reagents with equipment on a reagent rental basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Lahore, for financial year 2026-2027. The estimated cost is Rs. 250,437,000, and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost for each lot. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers of foreign principals, authorized agents and distributors engaged in trading must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and provide both brand and generic names for all quoted items. Bid security must be provided with the technical proposal through the Bank of Punjab in accordance with the cited government notification. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Bids containing corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected records, or submitted incorrectly, may be rejected. Bids will close on 17 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and open at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bidding documents are available through the PPRA website, e-Procurement portal and the procuring agency's website. The agency will not bear the costs of bid preparation or submission. If the opening date is an official holiday, the next day will be used with the same time and venue.
