Procurement Emergency Cardiology Disposables Tender Notice
Description
Annual procurement for financial year 2026-2027 covering emergency medicine, intensive care unit (ICU) disposables and cardiology disposables, with item quantities and estimated costs as per the attached list. Refundable earnest money equivalent to 2% of the given estimated cost must be submitted as an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or bank guarantee to the Purchase Section at least 30 minutes before tender opening; failure to submit the original bid security within the stipulated time will result in rejection. Firms must submit electronic bids through the E-PAD portal in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Tender documents are available from the PPRA website and E-PADS portal. The procurement agency reserves the right to cancel the procurement process at any stage due to non-availability or insufficient allocation of funds, without liability to participating bidders, and may modify item quantities in accordance with the applicable rules.
