Procurement Laboratory Chemicals Kits Glassware Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of generic consumables, including laboratory chemicals, kits, reagents and glassware, for Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi, for financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from eligible bidders appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Bidding shall follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 46(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010, as amended. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available through the Sindh e-procurement portal. The original non-refundable tender fee of PKR 7,000 in cash and bid security equal to 3% of the quoted items value, in the form of pay order, bank draft or CDR, must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bids close on 12 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. In the event of a public holiday or other stated adverse circumstances, submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same venue and time. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the applicable SPPRA Rules 2010.
