Description
Procurement of furniture and fixtures on a lot-wise basis for the University of Education, Lahore, comprising white and soft boards, cement benches, office tables, donkey easels, wood furniture, classroom chairs, high-back revolving chairs, low-back revolving chairs, chairs with mild steel frames and steel furniture. Bidding is open to eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, furniture manufacturers and traders registered with the relevant registration and tax authorities, including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidding shall be conducted electronically under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tender documents containing specifications, requirements and terms and conditions are available free of cost through the Punjab e-procurement and university websites. All bids must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, deposited electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper, specifically issued and dated for this tender; the procuring agency may require the original for physical verification. Bid validity is 90 days. Bids close on 12 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and open on the same day at 11:00 AM in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
