Procurement Of Miscellaneous Items For District Jail Khanewa Tender Notice
Description
Tender for procurement of multiple groups of items including uniform articles, personal hygiene items, sanitation items, miscellaneous goods, electrical equipment and dietary items for District Jail Khanewal for FY 2025-26. Total items include woolen socks, jerseys, belts, soaps, toothpaste, detergents, cleaning materials, air conditioner, batteries, pulses and others as detailed in six groups. Earnest money @2% applicable for each group (e.g. Group-1 Rs. 17,780, Group-2 Rs. 9,745, Group-3 Rs. 4,800, Group-4 Rs. 824, Group-5 Rs. 6,130, Group-6 Rs. 10,710). Bidding through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) using single stage two envelope procedure. All bidders must upload complete technical and financial proposals with CDR, affidavits, tax registration, past experience and required documents. Conditional, incomplete or illegible bids will be rejected. Performance guarantee required as per PPRA rules.
