Procurement includes supply installation testing and commissioning of wide bore 1.5T MRI system for 2026-27 - supply installation testing and commissioning of CT scan 128 slice or higher whole body CT scan for 2026-27 - installation and replacement of motorized bed parts for 2025-27 - bidding will be conducted through EPADS under KPPRA rules using single stage two envelope procedure for MRI and CT scan and single stage single envelope for motorized bed parts - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS along with scanned copies and CDRs - bid security required is 2 percent for MRI and CT scan and PKR 100000 for motorized bed parts - pre bid meetings scheduled on 01-04-2026 for MRI 02-04-2026 for CT scan and 08-04-2026 for bed parts - bids must include non refundable fee of PKR 5000 deposited in specified bank account - original bid security and tender fee must be submitted before opening - only firms registered with tax authorities and listed on active taxpayer list are eligible Pro Tip Carefully follow EPADS submission requirements include bid security and ensure compliance with procedure differences for each procurement category
