Description
Procurement includes registration of vendors for local purchase quotations of medicines, surgical disposables and other items, annual operation, repair and maintenance of patient bed lifts including spares, bulk purchase of library books, annual repair and maintenance of CCTV cameras, UPS and networking including spares, procurement of general store items, printing material, stationery, X-ray and MRI films, CSSD items, laundry, BME accessories, bedding and clothing items, and bulk purchase of surgical disposables for cardiac surgery, angio cardiology and allied items. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Registration of LPQ vendors shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure while remaining procurements shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 7th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date. Bid security shall be submitted electronically as prescribed in the bidding documents.
