Framework Contracts For Medicines Medical Devices And Medica Tender Notice
Description
THQ Hospital Lalian, District Chiniot, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for two framework contracts for financial year 2026-2027. Package 1 covers day-to-day local purchase of medicines and medical devices, including surgical and disposable items, with an estimated cost of PKR 9,000,000. Package 2 covers procurement of medical gases, with an estimated cost of PKR 1,800,000. The combined estimated procurement value is PKR 10,800,000. Bid security for each package is 2% of its estimated cost, equivalent to PKR 180,000 for Package 1 and PKR 36,000 for Package 2. The procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Interested bidders must register on Punjab e-Procurement System before participating. Electronic bids must be uploaded by 18 November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited through the prescribed online PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Lalian, Chiniot. Bids received by the stipulated deadline will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM. Late bids will not be entertained. The procurement and bidding process will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended.
