Procurement Furniture Fixtures Executive Office Pef Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Punjab Education Foundation invites online bids from firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, for procurement of furniture and fixtures for the Executive Office in the PEF Head Office Building. The estimated cost is PKR 4,972,400 and bid security is PKR 99,448, equivalent to 2% of the estimated price. The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Rule 38(2)(a), using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System. Detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, scope and terms are provided in the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement, PPRA and PEF websites. Online bids must be submitted by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted. The bid security must be submitted as specified by PEF, and a scanned receipt must be uploaded on the e-Procurement system. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date at the PEF office in the presence of representatives of participating bidders who choose to attend. Bids must remain valid for at least 120 days from the last date of submission. Applicable government taxes will be deducted, and bidders must provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. PEF reserves the right to reject all proposals before acceptance under applicable procurement rules.
