Procurement Medicines Mines Labour Welfare Hospitals Dispensaries Tender Notice

Description

The Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, Punjab invites bids for procurement of medicines for Mines Labour Welfare Hospitals and Dispensaries. Bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, drug suppliers and distributors having valid Drug Sale Licences or authorization as main distributors under Punjab Procurement Rules. The procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, requirements, terms and conditions are available free of cost through Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bidders must submit electronic bids by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost of each group must be uploaded with the technical and financial proposals, and the original CDR must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent, Mines Labour Welfare Hospital, Khushab, 01 Sakesar Road, Khushab, before the closing deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 05 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Medical Superintendent, Mines Labour Welfare Hospital, Khushab. Technical bids will be opened on 19 November 2026 at 11:30 AM through Punjab e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened subsequently on the scheduled date. All bidders must complete the prescribed checklist before submission. Dealers and drug suppliers must provide valid manufacturer authorization letters, Drug Regulatory Authority licences, active Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations, Professional Tax registration certificates, PST documents and other mandatory documents specified in the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. The procurement process will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended.
