Contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and codes and must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System. Contractors must submit bid security equivalent to 5% of estimated cost through the prescribed electronic mechanism, linked with the relevant tender. Bids must be prepared on item-wise rates and all entries in DNIT, BOQs and rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages must be completed. Incomplete financial bids will be treated as non-responsive. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically. Bids will be retrieved at the office of Commissioner Sargodha Division on 18 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, with quoted rates and successful bidders announced at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Successful bidders must furnish a 10% performance guarantee electronically within the prescribed period, which shall not be returned until three months after successful project completion. Contractors applying for the annual elevator maintenance contract at serial No. 14 must possess PEC code ME03 (iii). False information or fake CDR may result in disqualification and referral to PEC and PPRA for legal action. The procurement is governed by applicable PPRA Rules and instructions.
