Revamping of the Deputy Commissioner Complex in Gujrat under ADP No. 3463 for FY 2026-27. Estimated cost: PKR 44.159 million. Earnest money: PKR 2,207,950, equivalent to 5% of the estimate. Technical sanction reference: Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Gujrat, No. 695/D dated 20 October 2026. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category and specialisation code and must produce the original PEC licence. Procurement follows the single-stage, single-envelope procedure under Rule 38(1), with item-wise rates, item amounts and total bid cost entered against the approved DNIT/BOQ. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Digital bid security of 5% must be submitted through the portal; physical financial instruments are not accepted. Bids must be submitted by 11 November 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 1:00 PM in the office of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle Gujrat, in the presence of contractors or authorised representatives holding an attested power of attorney. False information may result in disqualification and referral to PEC and PPRA for legal action. Incomplete financial bids, including blank BOQ or rate-analysis and summary entries, will be treated as non-responsive. The successful bidder must provide a 10% performance guarantee in the form of CDR or bank guarantee within 15 days and submit the original to the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Gujrat.
