Procurement includes prequalification and registration of contractors for transportation of food grains for financial year 2026-27 including categorization into A B and C classes based on bank balance property value and number of trucks - applicants must submit required documents including proof of residence company registration property certificates vehicle registration documents character certificate affidavit of non association with flour mills or food department and verification from relevant authorities - applications must be submitted in prescribed form obtained on payment of PKR 5000 non refundable fee - contractors must meet eligibility criteria including minimum truck ownership and financial capacity - failure to apply within deadline will result in cancellation of registration and ineligibility for future tenders Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete verified documents and compliance with category requirements to secure prequalification
