Construction Of Municipal Committee Office Building Tender Notice
Description
Providing and laying PCC, tuff pavers, earth filling, RCC and brickwork and other associated works for the new Municipal Committee Office at Dinghana Road towards the Assistant Commissioner Residency, Municipal Committee Kot Chutta. Estimated cost is PKR 7,854,900 and earnest money is 5%, equivalent to PKR 392,745. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Open competitive bidding through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be conducted using the least-cost method. Bids must be uploaded as PDF files through Punjab e-Procurement System by 17 November 2026 at 2:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM. A scanned copy of earnest money must accompany the online bid, and the original CDR from a scheduled bank must be delivered to the Chief Officer before the closing time. Signed and stamped bidding documents are required.
