Refrigerators Coffee Machine Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under Lot 3 comprising three small refrigerators of 2.3 to 2.5 cubic feet estimated at PKR 150,000, one two-door refrigerator estimated at PKR 570,000 and one coffee machine estimated at PKR 132,000. Combined estimated lot price is PKR 852,000, with bid security of PKR 23,440, representing 2% of the estimated price. National competitive bidding through Punjab e-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Rule 38(2)(a), using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and least cost selection. Joint ventures and consortia are not permitted. Bidding documents are available free of cost through PPRA Punjab and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be completed, signed and stamped and submitted online. Bid security is submitted lot-wise online in accordance with e-Procurement System guidelines.
