Repair and one-year annual maintenance contract for one Philips CT Scan Machine, 16 slices, Model MX-16, at Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi. Estimated cost is PKR 17,500,000 and required bid security is PKR 350,000, equivalent to 2% of the tender value.
