Electric Heaters University Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electric heaters under Lot 16. Estimated cost is PKR 440,541 and bid security is PKR 13,216, stated as 3% of the lot estimate. Bids are invited lot-wise from firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax, and active tax filers. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani rupees, with GST shown separately where applicable. Bid validity is 90 days, extendable by 30 days. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies; evaluation is lot-wise under Rule 38-A of PPRA Rules 2014, and technically compliant lowest evaluated bids will be accepted. Separate contracts will be awarded for each lot. Bid security must be transferred online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Pro Tip: Include electric heater specifications, tax registration evidence, separate GST disclosure and the prescribed electronic lot-wise bid security in the submission.
