Procurement and supply of journals and magazines for Punjab University Library, University of the Punjab, Lahore. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 4.5 million and bid security at 2% amounts to PKR 90,000. Eligible vendors, distributors and booksellers must be registered with General Sales Tax (GST), National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN). Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through Bank of Punjab in accordance with the prescribed e-Procurement guidelines. Physical financial instruments, including Call Deposit Receipts and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Late and manually submitted bids will not be accepted. In case of a government-declared public holiday on the opening date, bids will be opened on the next working day.
