Traffic Signals Installation Kachahri Chowk Tender Notice
Description
Installation of traffic signals at Kachahri Chowk, Gujranwala City, for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost is PKR 4.162 million and bid security at 5% amounts to PKR 0.2081 million. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered on the e-Procurement System and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, Punjab Revenue Authority, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Complete electronic bids, including authenticated PDF documents, must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security at 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the prescribed e-Procurement mechanism. Physical bid security instruments will not be accepted. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids, while financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. Item rates and amounts must be quoted both in figures and words. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic bids will be rejected. The successful bidder must submit performance security equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter, in the form of CDR or bank guarantee. Bid validity is 120 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Section 35 of PPRA Rules, 2014.
