Pcc Pavement Drain Construction Chah Noor Tender Notice

Description

Construction of a plain cement concrete (PCC) pavement and drain at Village Chah Noor, District Nankana Sahib. The estimated cost is PKR 3.150 million and earnest money at 5% of the estimated cost amounts to PKR 157,500. The completion period is 45 days from issuance of the work order. Eligible contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the financial year 2026-27 and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions must be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System or PPRA website free of cost. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, together with scanned bid security documentation. Bid security at 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited through the prescribed e-Procurement mechanism. Incomplete, incorrectly filled or unfilled bids will not be entertained. The successful contractor must execute an agreement on the prescribed government stamp paper within seven days of issuance of the acceptance letter. Submission of fake or forged documents may result in disqualification or blacklisting. Incorrect or blank BOQs will be treated as non-responsive. Contractors quoting rates more than 5% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security as prescribed by government policy. Item rates and individual amounts, together with the grand total, must be clearly quoted instead of percentage-based rates. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules, 2014.
