Cryostat Bio Safety Cabinet Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of a cryostat and bio-safety cabinet for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi under Lot 2. The estimated cost is PKR 24,657,250 and bid security is PKR 493,145. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be deposited electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement mechanism; physical financial instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Proof of electronic bid security must accompany the bid. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Detailed specifications, quantities, evaluation methodology and other requirements are provided in the bidding documents. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date.
