Liquid Medical Oxygen Procurement Tender Notice

Description

Procurement and supply of liquid medical oxygen of medical grade on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27, with an estimated requirement of 200,000 cubic metres on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The successful bidder is required to install two oxygen storage tanks, each having a minimum capacity of five tons, at the Mother and Children Complex and the Main DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura. The installed tanks will remain the property of the company. No rent for the tanks or transportation charges will be paid by the procuring agency. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Eligible bidders must submit electronic technical and financial proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be submitted in accordance with Rule 27 of PPRA Rules and the bidding documents, through the prescribed online procedure. Original affidavits required under the bidding documents must reach the Procurement Branch before the closing date and time. Bidders must provide typed quoted rates only; alterations and corrections in quoted rates will not be accepted. Technical and financial forms must be completed carefully, and prices must be quoted per unit or pack, inclusive of applicable taxes. Bidders must upload all relevant documents and submit samples of each quoted product before the closing time or as otherwise specified by the procuring agency.
