Description
Repair and one-year annual maintenance contract for one Philips CT Scan Machine, 16 slices, model MX-16, at an estimated cost of PKR 17,500,000. Bid security at 2% is PKR 350,000, payable in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Medical Superintendent. Firms must have relevant experience and registration for GST/PST, Income Tax and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids must be submitted by 18 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Hard copies are not required. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies.
