Procurement Of Video Surveillance System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of a video surveillance system on F.O.R. basis at PAFDA Office, Lahore. Estimated cost is PKR 55,000,000 and bid security at 2% is PKR 1,100,000. Bidders and suppliers must be registered with the relevant tax departments in Pakistan and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically through PEPS using the PDF upload method by 6 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security must be submitted electronically; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. Pro Tip: Security system suppliers should review the video surveillance specifications, electronic bid security procedure and PEPS registration requirements before submitting bids.
