Procurement Of Equipment And Technologies For Biotechnology Tender Notice

Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi invites electronic bids from prospective bidders for procurement of equipment and technologies under the PSDP-funded project Establishment of National Center of Industrial Biotechnology (ENCIB). Interested bidders must possess valid Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Provincial Sales Tax registration, where applicable, with the relevant authorities and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure. All electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by uploading PDF files in accordance with the prescribed bidding documents. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated price is required. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the relevant procurement authority website in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rule 25(7). The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable bidding documents and prescribed procurement requirements.
