Tablets Information Technology Hardware Procurement Tender Notice

Description

Punjab Information Technology Board invites bids for procurement of tablets and IT hardware for the Resource Center and Training System for Parliamentarians in Punjab Assembly and the Citizen-Centric Legal Information Assistance Project (ITOPS-14). The procurement comprises 200 Android tablets under Lot 1, 12 Wi-Fi access points under Lot 2 and six uninterruptible power supply units rated at 5 KVA under Lot 3. The estimated total costs are Rs. 45,000,000 for Android tablets, Rs. 10,000,000 for Wi-Fi access points and Rs. 3,000,000 for UPS units. Fixed bid securities are Rs. 900,000, Rs. 200,000 and Rs. 60,000 respectively. The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be prepared separately, duly completed, signed and stamped, and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP). Bids must conform completely to the tender documents. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or incorrectly submitted bids shall not be considered. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and other documents specified in the tender documents must accompany the bids. Tender documents and detailed specifications are available free of cost for download from the official PITB and Punjab PPRA websites. Bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System before electronic submission.
