Supply of raw materials and hiring of specialized labour services for the Furniture Manufacturing Unit of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur on FOR basis. Lot 1 covers procurement of raw materials according to available samples, with an estimated cost of Rs.7,535,622 and refundable bid security of Rs.376,781. Lot 2 covers hiring of specialized labour services, with an estimated cost of Rs.2,463,780 and refundable bid security of Rs.123,189. Eligible bidders include GST and income tax registered manufacturers, firms and their authorized distributors, dealers and general order suppliers. Bidding shall be conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must submit complete bids for the entire quantity of the respective lot; partial quantities will be rejected. Separate bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost of each lot must be furnished in the form of CDR or bank guarantee in favour of the Treasurer, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes. A paid bank challan for professional tax and a copy of bid security must accompany the financial proposal.
