Procurement Of Uniforms And Protective Clothing Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of uniforms and protective clothing for Civil Courts, District Okara. Separate electronic bids or tenders are invited for each category from authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers holding Sales Tax Registration and National Tax Number. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through EPADS under Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Each bidder is required to submit the technical bid and financial bid in one envelope through the EPADS system. The bidding documents containing detailed specifications, requirements and terms and conditions are available online through EPADS, the PPRA website and the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Okara website. Each bid must be accompanied by refundable bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or bank draft drawn in favour of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Okara. The technical and financial bid documents will be opened through EPADS on 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Purchase Committee and available bidders. Bidders must bring samples along with a size chart at the time of bid opening. The successful bidder must execute the procurement contract and furnish performance guarantee under Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Goods must be supplied within the period specified in the Bid Data Sheet. The notice also provides for forfeiture of the stated 5% performance guarantee in case of failure to comply with the performance guarantee requirement. Applicable taxes shall be collected or deducted under government rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
