Procurement of CSSD consumables including crepe paper of various sizes sterilization flat reels autoclave tape tyvek sterilizer rolls masking tape steam indicator strips bowie dick test strips enzymatic detergents rinse aids plasma chemical indicators biological indicators process challenge strips ultrasonic cleaner chemicals lubricant solutions and macintosh rolls ensuring sterilization and infection control operations - Bidding conducted under single stage two envelope procedure with item wise evaluation and contract award to technically responsive lowest bidders - Eligibility limited to original manufacturers authorized distributors and sole distributors registered with income tax and sales tax authorities - Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS with no hard copies required and original bid security of 2 percent of each item cost submitted physically before deadline - Pre bid meeting scheduled on 2026-04-02 at 11:00 AM - Bid opening on same day as submission in presence of bidders representatives with bid validity of 180 days - Pro Tip Short Paragraph Ensure complete item wise compliance and timely submission of bid security to qualify
