Framework Contract Purchase Laptops Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of laptops and IT equipment for financial year 2026-2027. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 5,000,000, with bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit a separate electronic bid for each lot or package through E-PADS. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidders must submit bid security through CDR, demand draft, pay order or bank guarantee with 100% encashment warranty, minimum validity of 180 days and confirmation by the issuing scheduled bank within three days of claim. A copy of the bid security must accompany the technical bid, while the original instrument and bank confirmation correspondence must be submitted to the CEO or Dean office before technical bid opening.
