Procurement includes consultancy services for assessment of sites feasibility studies detailed architectural and engineering design and preparation of business plan for development of theme park along Kabul River including comprehensive technical and financial proposals - bidding follows quality cum cost based selection method with submission through EPADS - pre-bid meeting scheduled on 13-04-2026 at 1100 hours - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and KPRA and submit document fee of Rs 5000 via pay order or CDR - technical proposals will be opened first followed by financial proposals for qualified firms - Pro Tip: ensure detailed compliance with TORs and attend pre-bid meeting for clarity on project scope
