Rehabilitation and development works including - rehabilitation and additional facilities at Naudero Stadium Taluka Ratodero - rehabilitation and additional facilities at Citizen Club Naudero Taluka Ratodero - reconstruction of Dargah Ali Shah Bagdadi Badshah at Khairodero - rehabilitation of Imam Bargahs including Solangi Imam Bargah and Jaral Shah Bukhari Imam Bargah - rehabilitation of graveyards including Pir Murad Shah and Yousifabad graveyards - rehabilitation of dispensary at Old Bus Stand Larkano - rehabilitation of primary school GBPS Norani Masjid School Larkano - rehabilitation of Dargah Gul Muhammad Shah Bhains Colony UC-3 Dari Town - rehabilitation of Rangers House Revenue Colony and staff quarters at DC Office Larkano under development program 2025-26 with completion period of 10 months using single stage two envelope e-bidding procedure through EPADS where technical proposals will be opened first and financial proposals of qualified bidders will be opened later bid security of 5 percent of bid amount and performance security of 5 percent required bids must include sealed original documents and affidavit bidders must meet eligibility including valid CNIC active tax registration PEC registration C-6 CE-10 financial turnover experience and technical staff details Pro Tip Ensure all mandatory documents including bid security affidavit and PEC registration are complete and uploaded correctly to avoid disqualification
