Rehabilitation and improvement works including construction and upgrading of Kamahan Road to BRB Saifan Hudiara Drain to Karbath Drain Bridge Bedian Road Lahore bidders must be registered with FBR PRA and EPADS bids to be submitted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure with bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost in form of bank guarantee CDR or pay order original bid security required before deadline technical bids will be opened first followed by financial bids of qualified bidders procurement governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PPRA Regulations 2024 Pro Tip Ensure accurate item wise rates and timely submission of original bid security to avoid rejection
