Supply of medical books including basic medical sciences clinical medicine pathology diagnostics public health and allied sciences under framework contract - bidding will follow single stage two envelope procedure through e-PADS with electronic submission only - bidders must submit 5 percent bid security for each package in prescribed financial instruments with original submission before deadline - bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 02-05-2026 and validity is 120 days - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure package-wise submission of bids with required documentation to qualify for evaluation
