Description
Procurement of fully managed IPCC and CRM call center services on lot wise rate basis including deployment management and operational support of communication systems - bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS using single stage two envelope method comprising technical and financial proposals - bidding documents available free of cost from PPRA website procuring agency website and eprocurement portal - bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost in form of demand draft pay order call deposit or bank guarantee must be submitted before deadline - technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on same day in presence of bidders while financial proposals will be opened later after evaluation - bids must remain valid for 180 days - procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids as per procurement rules Pro Tip Ensure timely electronic submission and physical delivery of bid security to avoid disqualification
