Multiple Civil Works Wasa Okara 2026 Tender Notice
Description
E-tender for multiple works under Water and Sanitation Agency Okara including (i) supply of RPC manhole covers and frames complete for sewerage infrastructure within Okara city ensuring durability and load bearing compliance, (ii) establishment of complaint cell at Old Water Works Tehsil Road Okara including civil construction office setup utility connections and operational facility development, (iii) construction of store room along with renovation of existing structure at Shamsia Colony Water Works Okara including structural repair roofing flooring finishing and storage facility development. Procurement on item rate basis under Punjab PPRA Rules through EPADS e-tendering system single stage process. Estimated costs include Rs 12,577,470 for manhole covers supply Rs 6,629,503 for complaint cell establishment and Rs 6,428,072 for store room construction and renovation. Earnest money 5 percent in form of CDR required for each work submitted in favor of WASA Okara. Contractors must be PEC registered relevant category active taxpayers and registered on EPADS. Completion period 2 months for each work. Bids submitted electronically with original CDR before opening time and evaluation based on lowest responsive bidder.
