Transaction Advisory Services Vaccine Production Plant Tender Notice
Description
Provision of transaction advisory services for a public private partnership project involving establishment of foot and mouth disease vaccine production plant including engagement of qualified consultants firms companies or consortiums to provide advisory services covering project structuring financial modeling feasibility support transaction design bid process management and contract advisory under PPP mode. Bidding shall follow single stage three envelope procedure including pre qualification proposal technical proposal and financial proposal submitted in one package. Quality and cost based selection method shall be applied as per Punjab PPP Rules 2025. A pre bid meeting will be held on 2026-04-21 at 11:00 AM with option for online participation through Zoom. Bid security of Rs 1000000 is required with validity extending 121 days from proposal deadline. Proposals must be properly sealed signed and stamped and incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
