Procurement includes construction and development works for multiple sports infrastructure projects including establishment of sports grounds at Chak No 136/10-R Tehsil Jahanian District Khanewal - development of cricket stadium Liaqatpur District Rahim Yar Khan - development of cricket stadium Fort Abbas District Bahawalnagar - establishment of sports complex at Union Council Sanjar Pur Tehsil Sadiqabad District Rahim Yar Khan - construction of sports ground at Chak No 33-85/10 R Tehsil and District Khanewal - establishment of futsal court at Haider Stadium Bahawalnagar - construction of sports ground at Chak No 156/TDA Tehsil and District Layyah - development of cricket ground and football ground at Commerce College Rojhan District Rajanpur - development of football ground and cricket ground at Rojhan District Rajanpur - construction of cricket arena and children play area at Gymnasium Park Rahim Yar Khan - construction of sports arena District Vehari - construction of mini sports complex at Kund Sargana Tehsil Kabirwala District Khanewal - installation of LED floodlights at Burewala Stadium District Vehari - construction of indoor hall at Ahmadpur Sharqia District Bahawalpur. Bidding shall follow single stage two envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted electronically through EPADS PPRA portal. Contractors must be registered with income tax GST PRA and active taxpayer list with valid PEC registration C-4 and above with required specializations. Bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in original before opening of bids. Evaluation will be based on item rates and incomplete financial bids will be rejected. Technical bids will be opened first followed by financial bids of qualified firms.
