Supply Installation Maintenance Vehicle Tracking Devices Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply installation and maintenance of vehicle tracking devices and related services including provision of complete tracking solutions hardware installation system integration monitoring services and maintenance support. Bidding shall be conducted under single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate sealed technical and financial proposals. Bidding documents can be obtained upon submission of application along with non refundable pay order of Rs 1000. Bid security equal to 1 percent of total bid value is mandatory in the form of pay order to be attached with financial bid otherwise bid will be rejected. Bids must include all applicable government taxes and will be opened publicly in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of public holiday bids will be opened on next working day with same terms. Pro Tip Ensure proper attachment of bid security with financial proposal and compliance with two envelope procedure to avoid disqualification
