Procurement Bridge Management System Inspection Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes delivery and supply of bridge inspection unit equipment under bridge management system for road asset management system covering specialized inspection equipment for monitoring evaluation and management of bridge infrastructure assets. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders include manufacturers resellers authorized dealers with valid manufacturer authorization certificate and firms having valid tax registration and NTN. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost is required in the form of CDR in favor of Deputy Director II RAMS and must be uploaded with bid while original must be submitted before deadline otherwise bid will be disqualified. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically and manual bids will not be accepted. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day in presence of tender opening committee. Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35 and in case of public holiday next working day will apply.
