Procurement Digitization Strengthening Education Department Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes turnkey implementation project for strengthening and digitization of college education department including supply installation integration and deployment of IT based solutions systems infrastructure and related services required for institutional digitization. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010. Only firms manufacturers suppliers importers and authorized distributors registered with FBR SRB and active taxpayers list are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only and manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security equal to 2.5 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in the form of demand draft or pay order in favor of Section Officer and original instrument must be submitted before deadline otherwise bid will be rejected. Technical proposals will be opened on scheduled date in presence of procurement committee and only technically qualified bidders will proceed to financial bid stage. Bid validity shall be 90 days and conditional incomplete or late bids will not be considered. Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under SPPRA rules.
