Installation Commissioning 500kw Solar Pv System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes provision installation and commissioning of 500 kW solar photovoltaic system for academic blocks and walkway parking sheds including complete solar energy solution covering supply installation testing commissioning and integration of solar PV infrastructure. Bidding shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via e-PADS under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 requiring submission of separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS having valid PEC license C-5 or above with relevant specializations EE11 solar installation EE11 solar energy system EE11 solar works EE04 CE10 ME07 along with AEDB license and valid NTN PRA GST active filer status. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost amounting to Rs 3054230 is required in acceptable forms and must be uploaded with e-bid and submitted in original before deadline otherwise bid will be rejected. Technical bids will be opened on same day and only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial opening. Pre bid meeting will be held on 2026-04-27 at 12:45 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically and manual or postal submissions will not be accepted. Conditional incomplete or corrupt bids will be rejected and procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
