Road Remodeling Plants Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes remodeling of road corridor and allied horticulture works including supply of plants with estimated cost Rs 11,635,250 and bid security Rs 465,410. Bidding will be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted by 13 May 2026 at 1:00 PM and opened at 1:30 PM. Original bid security must be submitted physically before deadline. Successful bidder may be required to provide performance guarantee up to 10% if rates are significantly below estimate. Bidders must provide plant samples during technical evaluation. Authority reserves right to increase or decrease quantities and reject bids under PPRA rules. Bid validity is 120 days
